ILDAR WAFIN offers complimentary free worldwide shipping for all orders above 300€. Free shipping will be applied to your order automatically at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your order will be dispatched in 1-3 weeks following order completion. The length of the handcrafting process varies with each piece, and sometimes we are able to dispatch the order in a matter of days. Please take notice of our shipping time due to the lengthy process of creating our hand crafted jewellery. After we have dispatched your order, the courier company estimates the delivery time to be the following:

During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. ILDARWAFIN.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ILDARWAFIN.COM.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Finland and EU

The prices shown on ILDARWAFIN.COM when shipping to European Union countries include import duties, customs fees, and taxes and will be delivered with no extra cost.

Rest of the World

The prices shown on ILDARWAFIN.COM when shipping outside the EU may not include import duties, customs fees, and taxes and we can’t guarantee delivery at no extra cost. These additional costs are the customer's sole responsibility and will not be refunded by ILDARWAFIN.COM.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, ILDARWAFIN.COM online store has a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will exchange the size or you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item first contact us at info@ildarwafin.com and place the item securely in its original packaging.

EXCHANGES

In order to start the exchange process, contact our Customer Care via email at info@ildarwafin.com stating the order number, the reason for exchange, and replacement size. As soon as we receive and process your return we will ship the new item to the address from your original order. Please send us the tracking number to help with the process. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow us 1-2 weeks from the receiving of your item to process your return. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
